Overview
The University of New Hampshire InterOperability Laboratory's (UNH-IOL) will be hosting the OPNFV Colorado Release Plugfest the week of December 5-9, 2016. This event is an opportunity for vendors to test the interoperability of their OPNFV implementation(s) or VNF implementations running over the OPNFV. Co-located at the plugfest will be the OPNFV Q4 Hackfest. The plugfest will be hosted in the UNH-IOL's facility, located at 21 Madbury Road, Suite 100, Durham, NH 03824. The event runs from Monday, 8am through Friday, 5pm.
Participants should make hotel and transportation arrangements. Breakfast and afternoon snacks, and a catered lunch will be available on site.

The UNH-IOL is hosting this event on behalf of the OPNFV, who is responsible for the rules within which the event operates.

Rules of Engagement
The Rules of Engagement (ROE) define the governing principles under which the plugfest shall operate and each participant must agree to abide by these rules when participating in the plugfest(s). By registering to participate in the plugfest, you agree to abide by these rules. Please contact Ray Paik within any questions about the ROE.

Specific information about the Hackfest sessions is also available on the Wiki. The Hackfest is open to any / all participants. All Hackfest Participants must also agree to the Rules of Engagement for this event, and will have access to plugfest space and participants.
Equipment Shipping Information
All equipment must be shipped to the University of New Hampshire InterOperability Laboratory to arrive no later than the Friday prior to the start of the event. There is NO Saturday or Sunday delivery service available.
Companies shipping equipment to the UNH-IOL are required to cover all shipping and customs/duties costs. Failure to do so will require the University of New Hampshire InterOperability Laboratory to bill the participating company for any outstanding shipping and customs/duties charges plus a one hundred dollar ($100.00 USD) handling fee.
Please be aware that, due to the fact we do not have a direct loading dock, there may be additional freight charges for which you will also be responsible.

- No collect shipments will be accepted, and all shipping fees, including U.S. Customs charges, are the responsibility of the shipper. UNH-IOL will NOT pay for U.S. Customs charges, and prepayment of Customs charges is required.
- Please remember that international shipments must be cleared through U.S. Customs, which could take up to a week of additional time in shipping.
- Equipment presently housed at the UNH-IOL facility will be available for use during the Plugfest, provided that it is registered prior to the event.
Dining Arrangements Onsite
A continental breakfast, afternoon snacks, beverages and a catered lunch will be provided onsite during the event. If you have any diet restrictions, please inform the UNH-IOL staff as soon as possible (prior to your arrival).
Press Releases
This event is facilitated by the UNH-IOL for the OPNFV. Due to the technical goals and confidentiality of these plugfests, no participants may issue a press release regarding their participation or results. It is the sole responsibility of the OPNFV to issue any press releases regarding this event.
