Test and Measurement Equipment
Introspect SV3C
Through a collaborative agreement with Introspect, the UNH-IOL is using the Introspect SV3C for MIPI testing.
Introspect’s SV3C is a very small device, only weighing a pound or two, and it packs in a lot of performance. The SV3C allows us to test complete links on both D-PHY and C-PHY devices, and it contains automated suites for performing physical and protocol layer conformance tests. For example, for receiver testing, we can vary the analog signal parameters to either the D-PHY or C-PHY specifications, allowing precise control over timer values, skew and voltage levels as well as dynamic jitter injection.

Keysight Infiniium DSA9130A Digital Signal Analyzer
Through a collaborative agreement with Keysight Technologies, the UNH-IOL is using the Keysight Infiniium DSA91304A Digital Signal Analyzer for MIPI testing.
Combined with our D-PHYGUI software this platform provides the ability to capture and analyze D-PHY signaling in order to perform the UNH-IOL D-PHY Transmitter Physical Layer Conformance Test Suite.

Rohde & Schwarz RTO 1044 Oscilloscope
Through a collaborative agreement with Rohde & Schwarz, the UNH-IOL is using the Rohde & Schwarz RTO 1044 Oscilloscope for MIPI testing.
Combined with either our D-PHYGUI software or the Rhode & Schwarz Scope Suite software, this platform provides the ability to capture and analyze D-PHY signalling, in order to perform the UNH-IOL D-PHY Transmitter Physical Layer Conformance Test Suite.

The Moving Pixel Company P339-A
Through a collaborative agreement with The Moving Pixel Company, the UNH-IOL is using the Moving Pixel P339 Pattern Generator for MIPI testing.
The Moving Pixel Company’s P339-A is also a light, compact design. While the P339-A also offers control over physical layer signal characteristics, its focus for us has been precise control over protocol layer signal generation.

Tektronix DSA72004B
Through a collaborative agreement with Tektronix, the UNH-IOL is using the Tektronix DSA72004B Digital Serial Analyzer for MIPI testing.
Combined with our D-PHYGUI software this platform provides the ability to capture and analyze D-PHY signaling in order to perform the UNH-IOL D-PHY Transmitter Physical Layer Conformance Test Suite.
