In order to support our MIPI test services, UNH-IOL has designed and created test fixtures and software tools to aid in performing C-PHY, D-PHY, DSI, and CSI-2 testing.
MIPI C-PHY Reference Termination Board (RTB)
The MIPI C-PHY RTB is a reference termination test fixture used for performing MIPI C-PHY transmitter physical layer signaling measurements. It is also used for measuring and calibrating the output of a reference signal source used for performing C-PHY receiver tolerance testing. Soft-Touch board
The Soft-Touch board is designed to be used with the Agilent U4421A Protocol Analyzer for MIPI D-PHY Interfaces. The Soft-Touch board can be used to monitor traffic between two MIPI D-PHY devices, or between the U4421A Protocol Exerciser and a MIPI D-PHY device under test.
MIPI D-PHY TLIS Board
The MIPI D-PHY TLIS Board is a reference test channel designed to match the Transmission Line Interconnect Structure defined in the MIPI D-PHY specification. It can be used as a worst-case test channel during MIPI interop testing.
MIPI D-PHY/CSI/DSI Probing Board
The MIPI D-PHY/CSI/DSI Probing Board allows convenient connectivity for an Oscilloscope or Logic Analyzer system in order to monitor an active D-PHY based link. This can be used to monitor an interoperability test setup between two devices, or for performing protocol conformance tests.
P331 MIPI D-PHY/CSI/DSI Probing Board
The P331 MIPI D-PHY/CSI/DSI Probing Board is designed to attach directly to a Moving Pixel Company P331 D-PHY Generator using short SMA barrels. It allows convenient connectivity for an Oscilloscope or Logic Analyzer system in order to monitor an active D-PHY based link. There are test points which can be a convenient point for solder-in style probe points.
MIPI D-PHY Capacitive Load (CLOAD) Fixture
The MIPI D-PHY CLOAD Fixture is a reference test fixture used for performing conformance measurements on D-PHY Low Power (LP-TX) signaling. It presents a precise 50pF capacitive load for the purpose of performing the Clock and Data Lane LP-TX Signaling tests defined in the MIPI D-PHY Physical Layer Conformance Test Suite (Tests 1.1.x and 1.2.x).
