Ensuring the health and safety of our colleagues, guests, and employees is our highest priority. Due to new recommendations the UNH-IOL will now be limiting the number of personnel in our facility. As interoperability testing of some physical devices require hands on set-up and interaction, this poses a challenge with a significantly reduced workforce. All testing and services provided to our customers will continue, however there will be delays in our typical turnaround time due to a reduced workforce.
Additionally in response to COVID-19, effective Monday, March 16, the University of New Hampshire InterOperability Lab (UNH-IOL) will be implementing a No-Visitor Policy until Sunday, April 5, 2020.
The UNH-IOL will continue to monitor the status and will follow all required guidelines and recommendations to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all our attendees.
No-Visitor Policy
Currently, all external events at the UNH-IOL have been canceled through Sunday, April 5. We are not having visitors at the lab and this includes on-site meetings, events, and activities.
No-Attended Testing
Currently all testing reservations will be completed, however customer attendance is no longer permitted through Sunday, April 5. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping and setup of your devices.
Our day-to-day testing and operations will continue, with some delays expected. Please note there are several options including virtual meetings, conference calls, etc. to accommodate our customers needs and we will continue to provide the highest amount of service.
Measures are for the Safety of Everyone
The UNH-IOL will continue to monitor the status and will follow all required guidelines and recommendations to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all our attendees.
We are closely monitoring the potential impact of the COVID-19 on the Summit and as of today, the event will take place as scheduled in June.
