- Abstract
- The 1588 Port Latency Test Plan focuses on the evaluation of a Port's egress and ingress latency in relation to the port's timestamping plane via direct measurement of the device under test (DUT).
Currently 100Base-TX and 1000Base-T devices with an available 1PPS can be tested
Devices lacking a 1PPS must support the Peer-to-Peer (AKA Pdelay) Delay measurement mechanism
